Song ID help (DJs especially)

I've heard this song in clubs and at sporting events. It sounds like the end of Ricky Martin's "She Bangs" but its just the background "whoaohohohoh" part, no Ricky. It also has some kind of synthesizer or something playing with it. Anyone know?
