I've owned this movie for several years, it's come up in the rotation 3 times so far, each time we've enjoyed watching it. It's definitely a keeper.
Gene Simmons/Luther's spiders are reminiscent of Michael Sarrazin/Dr. Zarcoll's death at the hands of mechanical spiders in Arrival II.

This really is a great little sci-fi thriller. I saw this in theater I believe. But, I enjoy the hell out of it and forgot the ending. The love story is beyond stupid but who cares Cynthia Rhodes is hot. Anyway, great throwback. I love Selleck as a theatrical actor. The few he’s done anyway. Innocent Man, this, Quigley Down Under. Never really saw him on tv except in Friends. But, those movies I just named are damn good and he’s a big part of it. Too bad he didn’t make more theatrical releases.

I think Tom Selleck does better in movies than he does in tv shows.
Im sure Blue Bloods is a good show but my opinion its not the best thing for him to be in. The stupid Blue Bloods they always have the stupid family dinner all the time.
Runaway was and still is great for an underrrated sci fi flick. I still enjoy Three Men and a Baby and i still like watching the old preview trailer for that movie on one of the old VHS tapes that i have
