Of course he'll be remembered for his role in Goodfellas, and very deservedly so. I haven't checked a lot of his other roles, but I did like him a lot in the comedy Heartbreakers in which he was hilarious. He also had a quite memorable role in Hannibal, a Silence of the Lambs sequel. He went way too young.

It's been a long time since I've seen No Escape, but I might've seen it after Escape from L.A. I remember thinking No Escape would've made a better sequel to Escape from New York.

Just watched him in "CopLand" last night. He was so good in it.

Yesterday I watched a newer movie of his, which I hadn't watched prior. Sticky Notes with Rose Leslie. She plays a dancer, who's father gets cancer and she returns home to care for him. Ray Liotta as the father is fantastic, he as extrovert, very funny and doesn't listen to the doctors or his daughter. The movie itself, wasn't anything special, but Liotta's performance was full of heart and you could see he had a lot of fun with it, not being a gangster or a corrupt cop.

And I just watched No Escape this last weekend.

It's good, not quite as good as I remembered, but it holds up fairly well. It takes place in that far off future year of 2022! (I had forgotten about that. Perfect timing for a re-watch.)

The version on YouTube is a little odd - some of the shots have a distorted image (almost twisted slightly). About 90% of it is fine, though.

Now, to buy the Blu Ray when it comes out or not? Depends on how much it costs I suppose.
