I just happened to have watched Surviving the Game a week ago on Vudu and Hauer was one of the baddies. Not one of his better movies, but crazy about the timing.

Blind Fury belongs on the list of fun Hauer roles, I remember seeing the trailer in a theater and the part where he says (I may be misremembering, but it was probably close) good doggie while tapping an alligator in the bushes off to the side of the road with his blind walking stick made the audience laugh out loud. Fun trailer, and the movie was also okay.
