Hi,

I can not figure out this movie and it may not even be a comedy. It was many years when I saw it and perhaps I did not even see the entire movie as I only remember one scene.

What I do remember is a black man at a restaurant and he notices that he is still wearing long fake nails. He then puts his hands under the table and removes each fingernail while induces pain and trying to keep the pain from his face. I want to say he was dressed as a woman before meeting at the restaurant, but not 100% on that.
There may have been a pink convertible Cadillac, but not 100% on that either.

Definitely an 80's or very early 90's movie.
