That gives absolutely no hint of plot and I don't care. I want this movie in my life.

Would have been nice to hear Robbie talk though.

Looks solid, but Ill wait and see. Quite honestly I have really disliked his last two movies quite a bit. Except for bringing back 70mm for a little while. I know people love them but i thought Hateful Eight was pretentious and quite frankly awful, and he has made some of my favorite films ever. Just do not like where he has gone lately.

Looks awesome!! I got more of a Jackie Brown vibe from that trailer than any of Tarantino’s newer stuff. I’m hoping that’s a good sign.

Pretty much this. I'd like to say I'll see this in theaters, but I doubt it.

Jeffery Wells points out that the trailer shows a younger Leo dancing in Hullabaloo in 1965 and an older, bearded, slightly heavier Leo in a Western in 1969. It's likely that those images we see of Robbie are from 1965 Sharon Tate.

I agree. I love everything Tarantino but everything after Jackie Brown has felt a bit self-indulgent.

If he captures his old Reservoir Dogs/Pulp Fiction/Jackie Brown feel for this I’ll be more than happy!

Always thought this was a great period/location for an exploitation movie with loftier intentions.
So many juicy conflicts ready made to explore. The Manson stuff doesn't even have to be front and center.
The social climate at the time was already apocalyptic.
Add to that old Hollywood vs "new" Hollywood, and the resentments the fading stars and power players would have towards these bright and shiny young upstarts who represented a generation that was becoming a demographic juggernaut.
The sexual revolution colliding with the last gasp of the Hayes code version of society.
War/ ainti-war.Race riots and the rise of minority militancy. The changes in technology.

So much opportunity here.
