I always go back to Johnny Carson as you never knew his politics. He would rib on whoever was President, VP, or any politican so neither side could get offended. And don't tell me that Trump makes it easy to make jokes about, as every President can be easily ridiculed if you are original enough. Dana Carvey invented 'Not gonna do it' or 'Wouldn't be prudent' when he impersonated Bush 41, yet it didnt' resemble the President's personality one bit. You can mock any politican if you have good enough writers, the problem is the current comedians are unabasted liberals so they are going to be one sided.
I don't want to go off topic too much as I am not going to mention anything about the Oscars in this post but......this is exactly why I stay away from any political discussion - all people regardless of which candidate they're for in our 2 party dictatorship, are all about unity, making the country better, and just pushing forward no matter what - even if the other side wins, they will overlook any past shortcomings and keep things in perspective and view the candidate as being serious since they won the highest seat in office.....people are all about this.....until their candidate loses, then they just become bickering, pessimistic, little cry-baby's.

The Oscars have been political since 1940 when Hattie McDaniel won an Academy Award for best supporting actress and had to walk from a segregated dining table all the way at the back of the venue to collect her statuette. A bunch of other things have happened since then from Dalton Trumbo to Marlon Brando to Vanessa Redgrave, etc... This is not something new.

Stunnning incompetence from both PwC accountants. Interview with the stage manager.

Those two are lucky to have jobs today.

Right. The apologies from PwC and the Academy keep including the fans. No need to apologize to me - I loved every minute of it.
