Well that sucks, sounds like he had pretty advanced Alzheimers which is saddening as well.

Re: Gene Wilder Dies at 83 - RIP

I'm not sure why they bring up the lymphoma in his obituary like that, he had one of the most treatable cancers nearly 30 years ago and died of complications from Alzheimer.

Seems odd.

Re: RIP Gene Wilder 1933 - 2016

I'm so done with 2016.

Thanks for the laughs Gene. I really enjoyed his work. My favorite of his was The Frisco Kid but really.. there's so many to choose from they all kind of land in the same place - at the top.

Re: RIP Gene Wilder 1933 - 2016

It's amazing to have the funniest line in one of the funniest movies ever made, but "I shoot with this hand" is definitely it.

Rest in peace, Gene. You were one of the legends.

This one definitely hurts. He was so great in so many hilarious movies. I always say his segment in Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Sex is one of the funniest things I've seen in my life.
