Indeed. Problem with the single thread method.
Here's this weekend:

By comparison, Ant-man opened to $57.2m and Ant-man 2 pulled $75.8m on opening weekend.

That is quite a large drop for Ant-Man.

A defense for Ant Man's drop could be that it had a boosted 3-day wknd from President's Day. Still, I'd be surprised if it hits 600m... even 500m could still be in doubt.

Impressive opening for Creed III, impressive hold for Paddington 3. Another rough drop for Quantumania.

I still haven't seen Ant-Man (got covid and had to cancel opening week) but Scott Mendelson basically said that the standalone Ant-Man films are done for. They just don't make the type of money that is expected. The drop-offs week to week have been awful for it.

Is this the first of the Creed movies to open at #1? I know for sure that the first Creed movie got beat by one of the Pitch Perfect movies.

Yeah this is the last time we’ll see Disney pay the bill for a Scott Lang/Ant-Man movie. The series is dead.

That's a shame, the first two were a blast.

Solid results abound for Scream and Creed. 65 is there too.

Could there finally be comic book movie fatigue after Ant-Man 3 and Shazam 2?

John Wick has improved with each opening, not too shabby. This is Reeves' second biggest opening behind Matrix Reloaded.
Fury of the Gods? More like Fury of the Movie Execs amirite?
