Joe Dirt 2: Beautiful Loser (2015) S: Most of Original Cast
Many of the original actors will be reprising their roles as the Iconic acquaintances to the perpetual underdog of the films Namesake. According to Spade this film will be aired Directly to the website Crackle in the summer of 2015. He also stated his decision to don the Mullet once again was due to fan pressure as the original encroaches on cult status.

Wonder why this isn't going to the theatres. If Adam Sandler is involved figured it would happen. If Joe Dirt gets a sequel, I want to see a third Deuce Bigelow movie.

I think Sandler is trying to embrace streaming right now. He has a 4-picture deal with Netflix. I guess my surprise is that Netflix didn't buy it up.

Makes sense. I don't know if I'd pay for Crackle to watch Joe Dirt 2. I'd probably watch it On Demand, though. I had Crackle for awhile (2-3 years ago) and thought it was useless.

Crackle is free/ad-supported. And this will be their second movie (their first was Dead Rising: Watchtower).

I liked Joe Dirt for what it is though I know it is not a masterpiece.
Will Sandler go all in at Netflix if Pixels bombs this summer?

Edit. Yup pretty lousy. Brandy still smoking hot, and a few decent scenes here and there. Worth a free watch I suppose.

I watched the movie last night, and that was one of the very few scenes I liked.
I give this movie a 0.5/5. I very rarely ever quit watching a movie after I have started it, but I definitely had to resist the urge several times to quit watching this. I kinda like the original movie, but this sequel just plain sucks.
