Many films listed so far make my guilty pleasure list. Here's a few that have not yet been listed:
Reindeer Games: Ben Affleck, Gary Sinese and Charlize Theron (and her boobies too!), Danny Trejo, Isaac Hayes, Clarence Williams III and Ron Jeremy for crying out loud! I assume this flick get's no love because it's got Ben Affleck. Where's the love from Ben's "peeps?"
Kiss of the Dragon/Romeo Must Die: Again...no love for someone, in this case for Jet Li and ANY of his american releases! Although, I must admit, I'm hesitating in seeing Cradle 2 Grave...
Baseketball: generally unaccepted stuff from Matt and Trey...although that make-out kiss near the end of the flick....to steal from their drunken commentary on Cannibal!: "And we wonder why people think we're gay." I think I've got that correct....
Joe Dirt/Senseless: One is a David Spade vehicle, the other just has him in it. It seems, for me, that Mr. Spade can do no wrong.
Time Bandits: I dunno...something tells me people would question my sexuality for enjoying the midgets in this movie so much!
Flash Gordon (80's flick): nuff said.
and finally,
Poison Ivy- The New Seduction: Jaimee Presley....is there actually dialogue in this movie?

Jane Austin's Mafia
one cheap gag after another, and I can't get enough of it.
I don't know how well it's taken, but I also love Jumanji.

I have a lot of guilty ones (believe me I have a collection of about 400 but most of my so-called friends laugh at my dvds). But my top 3 guilty pleasures I think are:
Leatherface:TCM III
Ravenous
Missing In Action1/2

I cant believe there are so many people who are guilty for liking something. Come on people, this isnt high school anymore, you don't need to worry what others may or may not think about your collection.
Some films I love that I dont feel guilty about at all are all films that most of the snobs on this site would trash on including (GASP!) ARMAGEDDON!
I enjoy any Ben Affleck film really
Heartbreakers
A Guy Thing
Stealing Harvard
My Dog Skip
A Cool Dry Place
Dream for an insomniac
Return to paradise
kiss of the dragon
Now that I think of it, 50% of my collection would be considered by others as 'guilty pleasures'

Death Race 2000--not exactly embarrassing, but objectively, I have to admit it's pretty bad.
10 Things I Hate About You and Teaching Mrs. Tingle are a couple of less cultish movies I'm embarrassed to admit I like.
Edit: Now that I read back, I see a couple who picked Bring It On. I also like that movie, but have no embarrassment about it, since I think it's actually a good, very funny movie.

Movie(s) that is your guiltiest pleasure?
You know the one that is made like absoulte crap, acted like absolute crap, the production value is like crap or spectacular crap (if it had a decent budget), yet you can hardly look away everytime it is on tv or when you pop it in after taking it from its super secret hiding place...
Jason X...for me. There is just something about this one that everytime it is on (Sci-i or USA) I can't help to watch it. I am eventually going to get the DVD, but for now watching the death scenes (and they are pretty inventive) and the absolute camp and idiocracy just makes me gawk and ultimately love.

"Flash Gordon, Quarterback, New York Jets"
One of the cheesiest movies ever made and I love every minute of it. Sometimes when I'm in a tense situation I can hear the Queen soundtrack in my head - "Flash... ahhhh.... savior of the universe."

Probably Dave, which is by no means a classic movie, but which also happens to be one of my favorites ever. I'm guessing because I like almost every movie Kevin Kline is in.
