Jurassic Park - I did manage to see the 3D re-release this past year

Same with me. I was a kid when it first came out and my older siblings said that it might scare me. I saw it when it first came out on VHS and it didn't scare me. I was glad when the 3D re-release was announced.

Batman 89 would be a big one. I've seen every Batman movie theatrically but that one since I was only 6 years old. Seeing the Reeve's Superman would have been neat too.

I'd also put Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm St and Halloween in there in a classic 1980'd theater also.

I saw Halloween at a revival theater a few years ago. That along with Friday the 13th and Nightmare on Elm St came out before I was born and I would really like to see Nightmare on Elm Street on a big screen. Another horror movie that I think would have been great to see in theaters as a horror fan was The Exorcist. A few years back, I was visiting with my cousin and her husband. Her husband grew up down the street from a movie theater. He was a teenager when The Exorcist was in theaters. He and his brother saw it and he said it scared them and they ran home after the movie.
I know there have been anniversary re-releases of The Exorcist in select theaters. But none were near me.

No. I have the French HD-DVD, currently the best version in high definition. On DVD, the 3-disc Canadian import was the best one to get, with deleted scenes, extras, etc.

a shame this isn't in R1. i have that 3-disc set, but good luck finding it in my storage bins for DVDs!

I'm one of the few people who actually saw Miracle Mile at a theater- it opened here the same weekend as Batman, so guess which one most people went to see. It's never had a proper widescreen video release, and all versions cut off the blue rating tag at the end which had the sound of an air-raid siren playing over it.
