I took it to mean he had to have a lead billing, or at least a large supporting role. The wording of "Starring Bruce Willis" in Question 12 is very different than the wording used in the Tina Fey question, where I think that any appearance, in person or voice, in the movie would be fair game.

For example (that wouldn't be allowed based on date of release), you could argue that Pulp Fiction was a movie "starring Bruce Willis", but there's no way you could claim that The Player was.

K. That's what I decided to go with. I was gonna go for obscure cameo, but opted to do something he's more prominent in.

No cameos. If you put a cameo, I will mark you wrong.

Re: A Good Day To Play Sheep

It looks like #2 was a terrible question (in that the majority of people will get zero points from it).

Re: A Good Day To Play Sheep

Could we get some clarification on #2? I think I know what you're looking for, but the wording of the question seems to open it up to a lot of possible answers you may consider wrong.

I think he's saying there's a lot of correct, unique answers.

Weird. It seems very clear to me, which probably isn't a good sign.

That is what I am saying. Though it will be many people with -1 point. Who could have predicted that so many movies would be based on book series? I just assumed there were only 2

Bet it all on #8, please. Or do I need to pm that?

Re: A Good Day To Play Sheep

You can only use one {sd} on a Reverse sheep question. Only place you can use multiple slam dunks is on a Sheep question.

That makes sense since it reverses, I guess. I did use two on a Reverse.

You can do multiples on R. The first turns it into a S, the subsequent slam dunks add up. In this case, it will be a 4X sheep question for him (and a better use of slam dunks than some of our other players).

Re: A Good Day To Play Sheep

The way the use of slam dunks is worded made me think that you were only allowed to use a single sd to turn a reverse into a sheep. I did not realize you could then add multipliers once converted. Oh well.

I think that was the original intention, but I am ok with using multiples. Nearly everyone who wins or is in the top 10 has the same stratagy for slam dunks and it is not using them on Reverse questions.

Might want to make that explicit in the rules. Either it's never worked like that in the past, or I've just never realized it.

I did it in the last game I ran. I wouldn't sweat it though. The people who do that don't win or come close to winning.

Re: A Good Day To Play Sheep

We are now up to 20 and are closed for the weekend. I will only accept entries from those special people who have been sheep masters in the past.

Re: A Good Day To Play Sheep

I sent mine in, don't know if I made the cut. I'm not sure if I did the slam dunks right or not, my first time with them and my second sheep attempt.
