This poll should have been the best 1st time performance of Bond except Sean.

You know what good point and that's what I'm going to do, many of these polls are spool old hat, fuck Connery. Good work Lopez even if you are controversial.

The movies may have degraded to invisible cars, but Brosnan was suave.

What about a man's man? Can you list in order which ones you'd wanna have sex with? Don't forget cuddle factor!

There isn't enough man-on-man action in James Bond movies.

The best bond is Austin Powers. Amazing he's not mentioned in the poll.

All I could come up with is the bad girl from THUNDERBALL for sex.

Moore. I always preferred his debonair, tongue-in-cheek, ladies-man approach to Connery's gruff he-man take. Dalton was quite good as well. I haven't seen any of the Craig entries.

Brosnan easily. The fact that he got handed bad scripts wasn't his fault. He was the perfect Bond since Remington Steele.

I'm pretty sure Dr. Evil is the best Bond villain ever*.

*I'm basing this statement on the first Austin Powers movie *only*.

Con too limpy today, the he-man factor is ok, i'm not opposed to it, Mad Men all the way. moore is the one, actually he is more relatable to the common man , you me , sitting around now, than the ubermensch Thunderthighs is.
Moore fought like a guy trying to hold on swinging around without letting go and he was not at all scary looking. but he pulled through.

Re: So ... who's your favorite James bond, huh?

Moore will always be Simon Templar to me. I watched that show every night when it was in syndication here. When they picked him for Bond it just never worked for me. He was just perfect as The Saint and it just overpowered his role as Bond.

Connery had the right amount of brutality mixed with gallows humor that I thought fit the Bond I knew from the books.
