I know that they obviously do it for commercial reasons, but every time I see a rapper's stage name in the credits of a movie alongside regular names, I always do a double-take. It's just odd to see.

I thought the trailer was pretty entertaining despite knowing this is from Brett Ratner. There's only 3 reviews up but all are surprisingly positive. Maybe this won't be a pile of garbage.

I'm surprised they can even say "WWE's John Morrison" on the cover since a) he hasn't worked for WWE since 2011 and b) the ring name 'John Morrison' is a WWE creation (he hasn't used it in indie stuff since leaving WWE).

Oh shit. I had no idea this was directed by Brett Ratner. Any morbid curiosity I had for watching this has just completely drained away. If it continues to get good reviews maybe I'll catch it on cable some day.

Alan Moore is calling for a boycott of this movie. Basically, it's based on a comic written by his life-long friend Steve Moore (no relation), who recently passed away. Steve and his estate have not gotten any money from this movie, and his name is being used in promotional materials despite being contractually promised otherwise.
