I don't get it. I know the film is Criterion #129, but does that mean it's a fav of yours as well? Because the shots I posted weren't exactly ones that would necessarily evoke the film.

As to shot #1, it's ringing a lot of bells, but I won't be able to research it until a little later.

I think it is The Dark is Death's Friend (a.k.a. The Killer Must Kill Again), a decent giallo.

Thanks, buddy, but it's probably not for the best because it might be preventing others from getting involved. I don't want the thread to die because I'm monopolizing it. Some of the old regulars like Mondo Kane, obscurelabel, Dimension X, riotinmyskull, and BlueCC, and a few others make occasional appearances, but where are Luther Heggs, FinkPish, GreenVulture, sundog, William Fuld, chris_sc77, Frenzy, et al.?
Rockmjd23 and I are now making much more of an effort to also post movies and not just guess them, but the thread just doesn't seem to have the activity it used to.
