Good luck finding one. I recently asked the clerk to check his stock at the only local niche store likely of carrying this thing and he didn't even need to check the system. He said about ten other people have been asking about it so he's been following this release personally. And no stock.

I'm not 100% certain of this ..I saw this theatrically and I vaguely remember the more prolonged and graphic (sad to say I found it gutwrenching at the time). I just finished up the Magnet disc and although that scene exists, things just start cracking and then the scene cuts off without showing much more. I just don't think it had the same effect as I remember from the theater.

I liked it. Too long and the plot is pretty thin as was already mentionned, but the acting made up for it. As far as recent Korean revenge films go though, I still prefer "The Chaser".

Seems to be at about equals w/ the US BD in terms of AV.

It's region B locked and it's the Uncut version, running at 144mins (so....I assume the sex scene is back in?). The US BD we got is at 141mins. The UK BD has a making of (19 mins) and interviews (20 mins) plus a trailer and TV spot.

Really wish I saw this in theaters, otherwise I'd be better prepared to understand an overall difference in story w/ the insertion of that scene.

I finally got around to seeing this today and loved it. As much as I do love foreign pictures they tend to take their toll on me and when I saw the run time on this I thought for sure it would drag at some point. Needless to say, by the time the credits rolled I couldn't believe I just watched a nearly 2 and half hour movie. It may be long but I think the pacing was great and it never felt like a chore.

Man, Koreans sure know how to make revenge films.

I watched this today on Netflix...awesome (although, par for the course, very fucked up). Great performances all around.

Finally saw this yesterday. Good film, but holy shit was it brutal. My wife who could see me from the next room kept asking me why I was wincing so much.
