It's showing up on VUDU now as well. Took long enough.

Still not showing as an extra on Movies Anywhere though - still a separate title that I don't currently show as owned.

no. but the extended cut extra did pop up in Vudu today. right after i got and opened Bluray.

And pretty cool that if you bought the UHD version, the extended cut is also available in 4k with Dolby Atmos. Even though the physical release seems to be only in HD.

Strange... but yeah I just checked again and it's now gone (and the extras) from Amazon Video.

I did contact MA support to see if they'd give me the extended cut but no dice. Still wouldn't surprise me to see it rolled into the regular version at some point.
