Do they ever have any David Lynch posters?

Re: Mondo/Alamo Drafthouse Screen Printed Movie Posters

I think Lynch did his own stuff but may not have been related to his films. Not sure. With as many series as Mondo seems to announce it wouldnt surprise me.

I know they did Eraserhead. I thought Tong did a Dune, but not sure if that was for Mondo or not.

Some new stuff by David O'Daniel again. I got Taxi Driver and the Birds this time as they kicked ass.

Re: Mondo/Alamo Drafthouse Screen Printed Movie Posters

I went with Taxi Driver and The Third Man/Brighton Rock pair (nice getting 2 prints for the price of 1). The wait was made worth it by being able to finally get a print for a Scorsese film.

Re: Mondo/Alamo Drafthouse Screen Printed Movie Posters

I love Moss, but the movie holds nothing for me, and with the odd size I don't really have an easy way to store it, so I didn't bother going for it this morning. Loved the image though. Congrats MBoyd!

Re: Mondo/Alamo Drafthouse Screen Printed Movie Posters

This wasn't a mystery movie where the prints are exclusive to the showing. And I think someone said the run was 370 and there were 220? 225 ? seats in the theater. There could even be a variant when the online release happens. Nothing is guaranteed, but I'd say there's a good shot.

Awesome. Sold out within 2 minutes. I missed it. Great.

Nabbed the Big Apple one at least. Guess I'll nab one from eBay.

Re: Mondo/Alamo Drafthouse Screen Printed Movie Posters

LMAO. Like 15 Variants are already up on eBay. These guys move fast.

Oh well. I have limited wall space anyway, so no big deal. I liked the normal release so hopefully I can nab that cheaply some time in the future.

Re: Mondo/Alamo Drafthouse Screen Printed Movie Posters

yeah wait a few weeks. Any interest in the Spider Gremlin? I find it kinda neat, but don't know what I'd do with it.

Re: Mondo/Alamo Drafthouse Screen Printed Movie Posters

I tried for the Taylor Gremlins but missed out on both. Ha, oh well. I wasn't that passionate about it and had time to kill this morning. I see that both the spider and Gremlins 2 print are still available.

I much prefer my Gremlins poster that Rhys Cooper did for Mondo a while back.

I got the Spider last week and just ordered the Apple poster. I actually like it more than the one I couldn't get so no big deal.

Re: Mondo/Alamo Drafthouse Screen Printed Movie Posters

Anyone care to give a brief tutorial (I'm too lazy to search this thread if it's been talked about in the past) on how you go about actually making a purchase with Mondo? I signed up for their twitter feed for future release announcements. I'm not planning on purchasing anything right now, but if in the future they release something that I want I would like to be ready.

So, lets say they are releasing a print, do I need to have an account set up in advance with my credit card and shipping info, or if I'm successful and get through do they hold the item in my cart until I've completed the transaction by imputing my info at the time of check out?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
