Does he still hold true to the rule of only looking at his four-star reviews for creating lists like this (lists which, in the past, he has said he only does because he felt pressured to do)? That may have something to do with why TS3 or <insert your favorite film here> aren't on the list.

I expect its target audience will love it, and at the box office, it may take right up where "How to Train Your Dragon" left off. Just don't get me started about the 3-D

Although, there may be a contingent that feels they should nominate Nolan to make up for the past injustice when he made a Best Picture-worthy movie and it wasn't even nominated. Of course, I am referring to

I think it's the relative weakness of this year. It wouldn't have gotten this attention if it was released in a year like 2007.

Not feeling the love for Ghost Writer.
Both my wife & myself, who have very eclectic tastes, found GW to be extremely predictable & downright boring (It took me three times to get through it since I fell asleep the first two times).

this is just one of a few lists he's putting out, the lack of documentry relates to the fact that he's putting out a documentry list.

I'm sure you've seen all of the critical and audience praise for TSN. Now whether it's justified or not is subjective but it's apparent a lot of people like the movie very much.
So to ask the obviously snarky question, Was a movie about creating a website THAT good??!?! is, right now, pointless. I can see asking a similar question before it came out, but it's out now, and even on DVD. So since you have the same concern why not watch it and then contribute to the discussion instead of repeating a question that was even pretty lame back when the move came out.

It's not that good, critics are jumping on the bandwagon because they want to stay relevant. It is winning awards because it is the movie that defines the ages, even though it is not. It was already done for instance by that bill gates tv flick from ten years ago, which was really good and not full of itself like social network.
