I kind of wish we did. Technically speaking, i'd love to see how they'd do some of the stuff that is in that script.

The last two superhero films that Warner overadvertised for months were Superman Returns and Green Lantern. Considering both were considered failures by the studio at the box office, I think they are going to hold off on the full-court marketing blitz this time.

I disagree. I think this will be the worst movie in the history of film. Possibly even the worst thing in the history of the world. Stay away. Stay far, far away.*

*I don't actually believe this.

The new action figures were revealed at Toy Fair. They look very detailed, and shows Zod in his battle armor.

Yeah. The episode is actually on The Dark Knight Returns 2 Blu-Ray. It's hilarious.

Just watched it and agree. Loved the Kandor bit with Superman saying "Earthquake!" They need to work red kryptonite into this new version in a future installment, but not in the same way they did with III.

Is there a date on this film? Can a mod put it into the title? I kinda depend on seeing those dates as a browse the forum to remind me of their status.

I'm always ragging on reboots, but the trailer for this is very good so I'm stoked.

You've got far more faith Zak "Slo-Mo" Snyder than I do. The man has never come close to making anything I liked at all. Here's the deal. If Nolan has more involvement than he's letting on, then the film might be pretty good. If Snyder has complete control........look out.

Re: Superman: The Man of Steel (D: Snyder)

I think after Sucker Punch WB probably kept a fucking close eye on this, Nolan or not.

Simply from the cast and the trailers. Yes. Yes it's better than SR.

How I despise the color palette in SR. Soooooo boring.

Snyder won't be able to win with this one. All the Snyder haters will continue to rip on him if the movie isn't good and if it IS good they will just say it was because of Nolan's involvement.

Re: Superman: The Man of Steel (D: Snyder)

Dark Knight Rises was worse than Sucker Punch, as was Inception, nevermind all 3 Batman movies are worse than Watchmen. Nolan has been incapable of making a good coherent movie since The Prestige.
