Woooow....the music in that Nokia trailer is fuckin' AWESOME.
I think I'm going to pony up and pay catch an AMC FauxMAX Matinee for this one.

Pretty cool story about how Crowe met Cavill 12 years ago while filming a movie.

Love that panning shot around him as he's in the air. Looks so natural.

It's good to see at least a little humor showing up:
"You might want to step back a little bit..."
"...Maybe a little bit more."

if this is better than any of the recent 3 batman movies, I'm going to be pissed off since that's my favorite superhero.

Was planning on waiting for the DVD after the announcement of Zach Snyder as the director... but the marketing has won me over. I'll probably see this in the theater next weekend.

Cool story. I know Crowe can apparently be a dick at times in real life but I have ALWAYS like that guy. Same goes for Costner.

Variety is reporting the latest tracking is suggesting a $100 million opening weekend. WB execs are predicting at least $300 million US.

Here's a crazy story. Due to all the licensing agreements and product placement, Superman has already almost made back it's production budget: http://www.darkhorizons.com/news/273...dy-near-profit

I would imagine Empire Strikes Back or ROTJ were the first film where merchandising eclipsed(or came close to) the production costs. If not, surely Episode 1 did.
