Shit, I love them both and think both are brilliant. This is a VERY tough call to make. But I'm going to choose the one I've seen more and that would be The Ring. (seen Sixth Sense about 3 times, The Ring about 5).

almost had to vote for the Ring just because of Naomi Watts 
but Sixth Sense was a fantastic creepy movie. The Ring was decent but not really scary
