Re: Eli Roth presents: "The Last Exorcism"

Just watched this. Really liked it. I really liked Patrick Fabian as Cotton and the idea of a "Con-Man" Exorcist. At first I couldn't remember where I recognized him, but then I thought back to Saved By The Bell: The College Years

I'm sort of indifferent about the ending. It's sort of lame compared to the rest of the film and reminded me of a
Spoiler:
hybrid of Rosemary's Baby and The Blair Witch Project

I also appreciated the lack of cheap CGI gags.

Just watched this. I'm with the crowd that didn't like the ending.

Spoiler:
If they were going with the "found footage" angle, then you really can't have editing, music, subtitles tell us who people are, etc. Kinda hard for a documentary to go through post production if the entire team dies and the footage is left in the woods.

That took me right out of it and pretty much ruined the movie for me.

The build up was good though.
