Nope. Thematically, though, you're not too far off (emphasis on "too" because it's kind of a stretch). Right country, of course.
The guy in the leather coat is one of the two main characters, and he has been seen thrice in previous shots.
Soon I will have to post more leading shots, as my inventory is starting to dwindle, but it's possible no one here has seen this excellent film. It's not out on R1 DVD.

No, it's strictly a drama, but with such psychological tension that some people deem it a thriller.
