Well if that's not the most creative "who the hell knows" response I don't know what is.

Since Groucho's promotion to moderator, no unauthorized references to tuna club sandwiches are permitted. Please remain in place for punishment to be delivered by Sentinel.

I followed your instructions expecting to encounter an awesome giant robot. Instead, Richard Burgi shows up and stole my tuna sandwich. That bastard.

Darwin in X-Men First Class

Spoiler:
Darwin's mutant power is that he adapts to survive. So how does Sebastian Shaw kill him? Why was he unable to adapt? Or did he actually survive by turning into a form of pure energy?

Spoiler:
Because he's the black guy, so according to movie laws, he has to die first

Re: Darwin in X-Men First Class

Really? A thread for this. Can't just add onto the regular FC thread of choice?

He got overloaded. That's the visual movie logic. Or... Cuz he's black. Actually the black characters in FC weren't all that well dealt with by the end.

Re: Darwin in X-Men First Class

What they didn't show is that before he died he actually took out two other X-Men and that scene was him taking his own life.

Re: Darwin in X-Men First Class

Storm was one of the few to survive X3, and she is black. Does not compute.

She was one of the main characters. Darwin? who the fuck was Darwin? An expendable mutant. Ha, reminds me of Morph from the cartoons. Created for the sole purpose of being killed.

Re: Darwin in X-Men First Class

That actress that plays storm is just as much white as she is black. So.....she can live.

And Morph came back...

Except every character, even the main characters, were expendable in X3.

Re: Darwin in X-Men First Class

Maybe Darwin is still alive as a form of energy, and he is stuck out there somewhere going, "Help me! Help me!"

Kind of like in the comics when Kitty Pryde phased through the missile and got stuck inside it. She was stuck inside the missile for years before she was finally rescued.
