Ever since The Dark Knight came out, I've thought it has one of the best soundtracks. It works perfectly with the film but also sounds good by itself.

are we talking soundtrack or score?

to me the score is the film's actual background music, while the soundtrack is "songs inspired by"

my favourite score is probably Conan the Barbarian

favourite soundtrack is probably Blade 2, just because it's good workout music

I haven't listened to the new SE of the first film's score. I can't wait to hear Silvestri's alternate songs.

As far as soundtracks with songs and not a score it's a tie for me between Singles and Strange Days.

I thought the new Star Trek had a great score especially in the beginning

Thought he movie gets a lot of internet hate, the soundtrack to 'Forrest Gump' is excellent.

Particularly the Alan Silvestri 'Forrest Gump Suite'.

My Name is Nobody and Dr. No are easily my two favorites.
