The Terminal definitely counts. That guy loved his goat so much that he was willing to smuggle drugs. What's not romantic or comedic about that?

I guess I should have gone French Kiss, but for the life of me I could not think of a single Meg Ryan movie at the time.

In the interest of time, I am declaring, with an Iron Lock™, that both Big and The Terminal are romantic comedies. From my count, it's a 5-3 and 5-1 count for on each, respectively.
(I voted against Big but I am in the minority).

I was just making the point that just because a comedy has romance doesn't make it a romantic comedy. Big is not about the romance, it's about a boy wishing to be big and dealing with those issues, women just happens to be one of those issues.

IMO for a movie to qualify as a ROMANTIC comedy, the romantic aspect of the plot should be the PRIMARY FOCUS of the movie, and not some subplot that may (or may not) add depth to the characters but does not remain the driving focus of the movie.
Is ANIMAL HOUSE a romantic comedy because of the relationship between Boone and Katie? AUSTIN POWERS? RUSHMORE? ANCHORMAN? Almost all those movies have relationship/romantic aspects, but their focus predominantly lies elsewhere.
In that regard, BIG, THE TERMINAL, and come on *especially* THE NAKED GUN are not romantic comedies. But I'm not one to quibble, I'm not running the game.
Although I got ROYALLY APPLE-TREED by the Coke/Product Placement...

Unless specifically mentioned in the question, all "film" answers have to be theatrically released films, not straight-to-DVD releases, TV films, promotional films, TV episodes, etc. Foreign films are always OK as long as they fit the question.
(Anyone else is invited to declare this a right or wrong answer).

And here is where my Bad Taste answer would've done well. Instead... well. Prepare for another bloodbath.
UNLESS... You said...
And wishbone, IMDB lists Forgotten Silver as a TV movie.
