Doubt = Utter Garbage
Wow, what a waste of my time. I finally decided to watch the highly acclaimed, Doubt starring Meryl Streep.
Religious sentiments aside, this is a dark depressing movie based on a play that feels like a stage play. The entire movie takes place on a few stage pieces, and I wasn't blown away by the acting. Characters yelling at each other does not equate to great acting.
Now, for the religious aspects, again, we have a corrupt priest who is supposely beloved by the parish, yet he manages to deliver the coldest spiritually backrupt sermons ever. And even the supposely holy nun confesses that she doubts her faith in the end. Thanks Hollywood, more trash against Christianity!

I've found that when someone has a list of complaints about something, the last thing they mention is what they''re really complaining about.
