If only one person had changed their vote, Raiders would have advanced to meet the Godfathers. I wonder how it would have fared?

Re: And the Champion is...

I didn't think it was that funny especially considering how great those films are....

Right, but a lot of people put Empire up there as well. And as favorites go, I can understand why something like that would be better then a "heavier" movie. Personally, I thought both Heat and Goodfellas are a bit overrated, particularly Heat.

They are both great films indeed, but that's not what I was laughing about...the shoe being placed on the other foot is what was funny

Like it or not, people feel as strongly about Empire as you do Heat & Goodfellas...

Re: And the Champion is...

People are taking this *so* seriously LOL.

The greatest movie ever made is Brazil, IMO, but Empire is a popular favorite. Of course it's gonna chomp the cake!!

Mmmm... cake....

Also, pie.

I actually wanted to change my vote-- but in the opposite direction. So, I was happy when Empire won that round.

Re: And the Champion is...

Hmm, I missed all of this. Oh well. I probably would have voted for Raiders over Empire though.
