I would ask whatever happened to half the cast of Friends? I hated the show, but it seems like most of them have dropped off the face of the planet. Best thing for it i guess.

I'll toss in Guy Pearce. He hit Hollywood with a bang in L.A. Confidential, followed by Memento and a solid Monte Cristo. He seemed to be the next big thing but kinda fizzled out. I know the Preposition got some solid buzz, but this guy should be competing for roles with the likes of Christian Bale & Johnny Depp. It does look like he has 7 projects in the works though. Maybe one of them will be his second coming.

Not that I want to see him (I don't), but where the hell has Billy Crystal been?

well, he has a very promising movie with Kirk Lazarus coming up. looks Oscar worthy.

What about Gabby Hoffman? She was cute in Now & Then as a young Demi Moore and showed promise as Tommy Lee Jones' daughter in Volcano.

How about Rachel Leigh Cook? Wasn't she all that at one point?

I remember when Josie & The Pussycats was set for release. At the time, Rosario Dawson was the new face while the other two (Tara & Rachel) were more established. Look who's gone on to become the most recognizable now.

A friend of mine and I today were wondering what happened to John Hughes. A search on IMDB shows most of his post-Curly Sue credits fall into one of two categories: Either things where he was credited with creating the characters (i.e., the Beethoven sequels) or things where he's been credited under the name "Edmond Dantes". For that matter, there was nothing betwixt 2002's Maid in Manhattan and 2008's Drillbit Taylor; both of which were "Dante" projects.
