Re: Inception (Nolan, 2010): Contemporary Sci-fi/Action
According to this Imax link, the film will be 140 minutes. Seems a bit on the long side, but lengthy run-times are apparently par for the course for all high-concept blockbusters these days.

That's about 13 minutes shorter than TDK so I'm fine with that.

One of these years someone is going to make a lean mean high-concept blockbuster that clocks in well under two hours and leaves the audience wanting for more..and that will hopefully turn the tide. I'm so sick of the bloated, overlong summer event film. That said, I'm sure Inception earns it's longer runtime. |

A whole lot of new footage. It's not out in HD yet, but I'm sure it will be soon. This gives you a much better idea of what the film is about then the original set of trailers, along with more interesting footage in my opinion. Inception just keeps looking better and better.

Re: Inception (Nolan, 2010): Contemporary Sci-fi/Action
what other movies coming out this year will have a chance of touching this one?
|
Re: Inception (Nolan, 2010): Contemporary Sci-fi/Action

|
Re: Inception (Nolan, 2010): Contemporary Sci-fi/Action

Re: Inception (Nolan, 2010): Contemporary Sci-fi/Action
I know...I just thought it was an ez opener for a sexual comment. Ah...that's what happens when you're bored.

Best part of the movie to me still looks like JGL. For him to overshadow DiCaprio at this point in his career when Leo has become such a huge screen presence is pretty amazing.

There's a cover story on this in the latest American Cinematographer for those interested.

How can I read this? I visited the website and it says nothing about Inception, the cover story is Robin Hood for June, is July's issue even out yet?

Easily my #1 anticipated movie of the summer (if not all of 2010). Can't wait.
