Exclusive: Jessica Alba and Danny Trejo in a brand new Machete clip!

Two things regarding that clip: I want RR to do another cooking school in the BD release and Alba is a lousy cop if she can't tell a loaded gun from an empty gun just by the heft.

Yeah, I had a good chuckle from the music. I'm sure that was an intentional laugh. But there's no denying Michelle Rodriguez looks smoking hot in this. -other-

oh yeah. I dunno wtf is wrong w/ some of the folks here but...Michelle Rodriguez at least is damn fine AND physically convincing that she kick ass.

Also...now that Trejo has this film..he NEEDS to be in The Expendables 2. We know it couldn't work out for the 1st one but Stallone needs to get him in E2.

Yeah, she's quite the badass. And hot as hell. I love watching the Machete trailer on the big screen cos I get to oogle her on a screen far bigger than my measely 52" TV.

Well, if it keeps strong at the box office, Stallone may have more money to work with. So perhaps he'll finally be able to afford that sequence he had in mind for Trejo.

But, before a single bit of footage gets filmed, I hope the stunt crew have a long drawn out "talk" with the editor about not fucking up their work.

I dunno, Trejo is 66 and looks every bit of it in the trailer. If Stallone can score him some primo HGH, maybe. Still, he does look like that mean motherfucker I'm crossing the street for avoiding eye contact.

To be honest...Jet Li looks the least intimidating out of the guys in the film...if it wasn't for us knowing he could kick ass..he'd be the least intimidating. Trejo looks like he went to hell and back. I'm pretty sure Sly could emphasize his visual look w/ some awesome ass kickery. And...being the big fans we are...it almost seems wrong to have kick ass and not have it be w/ a blade of some sort. So maybe....he could be another type of those guys. Maybe on Arnold's team..if we get that awesome moment of Arnold actually being in E2 AND having his own team.

...what sources do you have for that? As far as I know about Machete...it's feel and look is grindhouse...it's production isn't. Also....uhm....the trailers clearly show scenes that there is no he'd do without some form of digital trickery. Big scene: Trejo on that bike shooting and also landing w/ it.

Which is why I always thought, since the moment I first saw that trailer at the opening Friday night of Grindhouse, that it was probably the only dumb moment in the entire thing.

Michelle Rodriguez was on Lopez Tonight. She showed a shortened version of the clip between her and Alba. She was a bit cagey regarding wether her character lives or dies, though she did say those matters are usually dependant on wether you appear nude or not. So here's hoping she lives. ;)
