I still laugh at the two exterme sides on this flick I still love this movie and there seems to be no on the fence with this one.

I think you have to really like Zombies style and if you don't, it's probably the determing factor whether you'll like it overall.

Now lords of salem just had some perposterous shit in it - but I still loved the style and the ending of that movie is creepy as fuck (once you understand what she has become).

I've always enjoyed H2.

This is one of the worst films I've ever seen in theaters and just have ever seen in general (and yet I own it due to having the Scream Factory box set of all the films). I liked Zombie's Halloween remake but the sequel in my opinion was just absolutely terrible. I don't really know how to explain it but it was just too much for me. The white trash combined with the ruthless violence and no likable characters just made me really dislike it.

Finally watched this giant turd. One of the worst horror films I have ever seen. This makes Zombie's first one look like a masterpiece. Moustapha Akkad & Debra Hill are turning in their graves.

I watched about half of this last night. It’s been a long time and I was curious if any of my thoughts had changed. Still not great but in certain ways I can appreciate that Zombie went with a different approach. Still not sure if I really like it but there are some interesting aspects. Not sure if I’ll finish or if I’ve seen enough.

I think Rob Zombie's Halloween 2 is better than his first movie. There's been a lot of talk about Halloween Kills having the highest body count of any Halloween movie. For me RZ's H2 set the benchmark of brutality with the gore and kills for the series.
