Worst comedy of 2008
 

Want to read your post on what you would say was is the "Worst Comedy" of 2008??

I'll start if off and say, "Love Guru" hands down so far for my taste.

That was this year? Yeah, that would be my choice too.

Every comedy I saw this year is actually good. I'll say Love Guru, even though I didn't see it. :)

(I saw Tropic Thunder, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Pineapple Express, and Get Smart. Of the ones I saw, Pineapple was probably the worst.)

No.....you have to see it first before you can say it' s bad. Don't be like "Bill O'reily" LOL

I haven't seen it either but sounds good. Make it unanimous.

i haven't seen Love Guru but it looks bad. Also Get Smart was pretty lame.

Pineapple Express was the worst that I saw. I also didn't see Love Guru or Get Smart, but I thought Pineapple Express was lame.

An American Carol

I think its been a pretty good year for comedies. I've enjoyed Pineapple Express, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Tropic Thunder, Get Smart, Sex Drive, and Role Models. I haven't seen Love Guru, but I did see the House Bunny and thought that was kind of lame.

By far, the best comedy is... Tropic Thunder

If I had to pick from the loooooong list of movies I seen in theaters I would say Meet The Spartans or Disaster Movie, both were horrible. I actually like The Love Guru.

I don't think I saw any comedies released in 2008. Weird.

Meet the Spartans was horrible, if it came out in 2008, I don't really know. I didn't see the Love Guru

Spartans was released the same weekend as Rambo 1-24-08 and sadly it beat Rambo for that weekend

Ill go with Tropic Thunder, as i expected good things and was sorely dissapointed. At least Zohan and Guru i expected nothing and got nothing.

Pineapple Express gets my vote. Crap as was Get Smart.

27 Dresses, perhaps. Me and the girlfriend have tried getting more than a half hour into it twice. It sucks humor away.

though i haven't seen it, i imagine DISASTER MOVIE has to be the worst of the year.

Most disappointing was Tropic Thunder. I won't watch Love Guru, so I can't choose that. What Happens in Vegas was pretty crappy though.

Nothing else in this thread even comes close. NOTHING!

My vote goes to The Love Guru. That iS so far the worst film Ive seen this year. I havnt seen Meet the Spartans or An American Carol (and never will) but I imagine they are even worse.
Pineapple Express was not funny either and there were very few laughs in Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Tropic thunder (but I still kinda like these two movies n some way at least.)
