1) Memento
2) The Dark Knight
3) Batman Begins
4) Following
I don't like Insomnia (a poor remake) and The Prestige (I'd rather watch The Illusionist despite the fact both were lackluster).

Really good movies. Never saw The Following. Liked The Prestige - but didn't get that feeling of greatness. Batman movies are greats.
I picked Insomnia. First and foremost - it's very entertaining. Second, I dug the messages. It modified the way I feel about backing myself into corners with lies and secrets. I can't say that it forced me to think in a certain way. But it really did inspire me to think about how bad lies can get. And how mistakes and troubles should just be laid out and dealt with. It's messages were very effective in a very entertaining manner. That's how you get your message across and inspire people right there.

1) Memento -- Still friggin' brilliant
2) The Dark Knight -- Best comic movie since Superman
3) The Prestige -- Yeah, the ending didn't make a lick of sense, but still it's fun in parts
4) Batman Begins -- I didn't get most of it. I admired it, but didn't like it much.
5) Insomnia -- Good acting, but not interesting to me. Inferior to the original.

I never saw Following, but love pretty much all of his other movies. My list would be the same as Decker's, exactly in that order although my thoughts are different.
Love Memento and Dark Knight, and enjoy the hell out of The Prestige and Begins. The Prestige is something I could rewatch over and over and think it's underrated. Insomnia was just an ok, solid movie. Nothing particularly bad about it.

This is exactly how I would rank them.
Could this be the first poll The Dark Knight does not win?

The Dark Knight, without hesitation. I haven't seen The Following, but I love Memento, Batman Begins, and The Prestige pretty much equally. But The Dark Knight is a new high for Nolan, with a scope he's never achieved before. Insomnia is definitely inferior to the original, but kudos to Nolan for reigning Pacino in.

Do you mean Nolan's version is inferior to the original or that the original is inferior to the remake? I assume the former.________________________________
I don't like to make generalizations, but whoever voted that "All his movies suck" is either a troll or an idiot. There is no other explanation.

Memento is really a crackerjack piece of filmmaking, really. Even beyond the "gimmick", it raises so many questions about identity and memory and the inextricable relationship between guilt and vengeance that every time I watch it, I end up forming 37 different theories about what's really happening. And who KNOWS what's true? Not even the director. Awesome commentary track
I'd rank them as follows:
1) Memento
2) The Dark Knight
3) The Prestige
4) Batman Begins
5) Insomnia (although I generally loathe remakes, this one is a damn good one)
I have not seen THE FOLLOWING, although since I've yet to see a Nolan film that I would rate below * * * * out of * * * * *, I probably really should...

I vote The Dark Knight in any poll just to irritate folks.
Seriously, I need to give Memento another chance sometime. I wasn't that impressed (at least to the degree everyone else is) with it.

Christopher Nolan has quite the impressive list there.
I chose Memento. It was just so original and well done. An absolute materpiece. Here's how I rank the rest:
2- The Dark Knight
3- The Prestige
4- Batman Begins
5- Insomnia
Didn't see The Following.

Cannot vote. I haven't seen The Dark Knight (probably won't watch it till it come on HBO). If I put The Dark Knight aside, I probably will pick Batman Begins. I admit that I only saw Memento in the middle of the film and I got confused and declared it sucked. Maybe I should add Memento to my Netflix.

I voted for Memento, but I just as well could've went for The Dark Knight. I went with Memento because it helped start my deep interest in film, past the mere "entertainment" level.
For those of you that have never seen Following, you should really check it out. It's a great flick, a lot of Memento is in it, and it really sets the stage for Nolan's career. It's a way underrated picture.
