Officially labeled "Fresh" on RT:

93% (44 reviews)
Consensus: As thought-provoking as it is thrilling, Looper delivers an uncommonly smart, bravely original blend of futuristic sci-fi and good old-fashioned action.

Didn't Bruce Willis already do a movie where's he confronted by a younger version of himself called "The Kid"?

Yes, but people who watched that movie contracted AIDS because it was so horrible it gave people AIDS. They've tried to remove all the AIDS this time.

Saw this last night. There were the typical holes that time travel movies have but overall a really fun movie. Very different overall plotwise. The use of time travel is still weird and not consistent with regard to paradoxes but still. Great characters with unique motivations and they play off each other really well.
