Now that nitpicking has been discouraged in the Dark Knight thread, haters gotta hate somewhere else.

I'm gong to lie but...I kind of thought of the same thing. It's not a big thing but...that was my first thought and it doesn't impact my thoughts of what we know of the film.

Nitpicking? JGL and Bruce Willis couldn't be more different.

I like Rian Johnson a lot and JGL is one of my fav actors so I have a lot of hope for this movie but come on, seriously?

JGL spent 3 hours a day in makeup to look like younger Willis

There, happy now, guys?

Wow. Yeah, glad that was being addressed and appears to be in great detail.

He looks more like Kirk Cameron in the bottom photo, rather than Bruce Willis.

The make-up doesn't look too bad. I'd say that if you didn't know what Gordon-Levitt looked like you wouldn't notice anything.

Doesn't look like Willis to me though.

Re: Looper (Rian Johnson, 2010): "violent and dark" sci-fi

Interesting work. I'd like to see the process they did. It does look like young Willis. Not Die Hard Willis or that show he did...but he does look like Willis as he was in that B&W pic.

Looks more like Gerard Butler in that 2nd picture. Based on these two stills I'd say he doesn't look like Willis. Still looking forward to the film though.

Re: Looper (Rian Johnson, 2010): "violent and dark" sci-fi

I think the idea isn't to make JGL look 100% like a young Bruce Willis, but to make him look believable as a younger character to Bruce Willis's in this movie.

Looks like they've applied the DNR before the theatrical release has even happened!

Yeah, Gordon-Levitt looks like a CGI creation on that poster.

It is a pretty ugly poster... both visually unappealing and unable to communicate the type of film it is.

Well this is better teaser than the other films we see shit from but....I'm digging what little I can see.
