House of Yes pretty much takes place all in one house.
Death and the Maiden only had a couple of scenes outside the house, as I recall.
Didn't the movie Same Time Next Year (the one with Ellen Burstyn) only take place in that one hotel room?

How about that Robert Downey Jr film, Two Girls and a Guy.
I think it all takes place in the apartment or just outside it, but maybe there were flashback scenes.
