It was used in some of the viral marketing and on some T-shirts:

The shirt was given out at the IMAX prologue screenings.

AND also you'll see a shot of JGL in the Bat suit! OMFG.

First I've seen those shirts, thanks for sharing. I thought most of the advanced shirts had Bane's face on them. First time I've seen them just focus on the tubes.

Possible Blu-ray limited edition collectible in development, similar to the BatPod collectible Blu-ray for the previous film:

Considering we've now seen more to that sequence, and a photo from the set of that sequence of BALE and Hathaway, it's clearly not JGL in that scene.

I haven't watched any of the 30 tv spots, so I can't comment beyond what I already said, so we'll just wait until the film comes out next month.

It's on Facebook and a few posts up so there's no reason you can't see it especially since it's the only TV spot so far to feature more than just that quick shot of Batman turning slowly to see Bane, and the image I was talking about from the scene is this one:

There are bigger versions of it out there as well.

Right, but I haven't been keeping track of the pics or publicity. The last thing I did, with regards to TDKR, was get my tickets before shutting out the publicity for it. Self imposed.

BTW, I'm over the whole thing, so it's not like I was hellbent or criticizing anyone for what I was suggesting. It was fun speculation on my part.

That is obviously JGL in the batsuit and Michael Caine in the catsuit.

Anyone that can't tell that is Morgan Freeman in the batsuit is obviously blind.

I think it's Billy Bob Thornton in the Batsuit...anyone who can't see that is an idiot.

No, no. It's ADAM WEST in the suit, Julie Newmar in the catsuit. Or is it Eartha Kitt?

Neither. You don't know Lee Meriwether when you see her?

I'm not sure I have ever per-purchased tickets to a movie this far in advance, but I'm glad to have our 2 tickets to IMAX secured.

I think you're thinking of Burgess Meredith.

Re: The Dark Knight Rises (Nolan)

so is everybody assuming the scenes we have seen so far of Bane and Batman fighting is from the beginning of the movie before he gets captured? Cause I highly doubt Nolan would show something from the end of it, especially the part where Bane drops Batmans broken mask, although that could be from a different part of the movie, the location looks the same though from what has been shown

I'm really curious as to how much of the movie Wayne will be captive for

I think all of the stuff we've seen where there is literally war in the streets, like the hundreds of cops (notice they are fighting alongside Batman) taking on hundreds of Bane's followers is probably the final battle, after Wayne was defeated the first time and imprisoned.

He probably starts off a fugitive from the police as before, goes up against Bane and is captured, rebuilds himself to escape and joins forces with the police to fight what's basically their one common enemy.
