You're young so let me explain what I thought was an obvious joke. De Niro was originally up for the role of Michael (Pacino was originally being offered the role of Sonny) in The Godfather. The studio said no. Later, Coppola cast De Niro as Vito in The Godfather: Part II.

I remember a fan made poster for TDK that had "Not Every Joke is Funny" tag line, which is incredibly awful.

I remember that fan made Riddler poster. It's so much better than that one.

Pft. As long as this one isn't a dud (ala Spiderman 3), it's going to be huge. Maybe as big as The Dark Knight. It's been on my mind lately. A midnight showing will be necessary. Maybe IMAX, if it's not too much trouble.

I actually don't mind the new poster. It fits in with the previous ones for Batman Begins and The Dark Knight especially.

I like the new poster... not as cool as the last one, but I like the colors and how it compliments TDK. I'm sure we'll see more. Still tons better than anything for the Avengers (of course, it didn't really matter in that case).

Poster looks fine to me too, although not particularly unique anymore.

Horrible, recycled, awful poster. The perspective of the buildings vs. how Batman is oriented is all wrong.
