Let's just hope the "unidentified female" wasn't an elderly white lady who Morgan was taking to the Piggly Wiggly.

Man, is this the curse of the Dark Knight? Ledger accidently OD's, Bale gets arrested, and Freeman in a serious car accident.

I hope he gets better really soon and is soon reminiscing about the whole ordeal :

This better not be a stunt to beat the Titanic record! Man the whole TDK cast will do anything to boost the box office.

All kidding aside. Get well Morgan. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I was just thinking that.

What's next? Maggie Gyllenhaal loses her looks?

Maybe he's just not a wasteful person.

Glad to hear that it sounds like he's ok.

i think it depends on what news source is getting info and whether they want to sensationalize it. AP reports he was talking to officers and joking with nurses after. not serious condition at all.
either way i hope he..."get well, get well soon, we wish you to get well."

Everyone already knows that the economy is in the shitter, and we lost a few more marines in Iraq.

He had to borrow this one. The Camaro was being serviced.

I hope he gets better and there is no permanent damage so we can see him again in the next Batman movie and it is too early for him to leave the earth.

Yea, but, c'mon... were those Marines in TDK? It's been said that Morgan Freeman's soothing voice in the film has cured AIDS and helped MS patients in leading a normal life. If that isn't newsworthy I don't want to know what is.

According to the Associated Press, the car belonged to the passenger, not Freeman.

Hey, that's nobody's decision but God's.

But then again, here's a picture of God:

If I tell the press that tomorrow a gangbanger will get shot, or a truckload of soldiers will get blown up, nobody panics. But when I say one little old actor will get into a car accident, everyone loses their minds!

So it sounds like Mr. Freeman and Miss Daisy will be alright, that's good.

It's funny, when I was a kid watching The Electric Company I never thought I'd still be watching that same guy almost 40 years later.

I just hope I'll still be watching new movies with Morgan Freeman in them 10 years from now!

Here's to a speedy recovery!
