I'm not sure why but it annoys me when people type out the name of a movie and use numbers where Roman Numerals should be. For example, Superman 2 instead of Superman II. Anyone else? Or am I just way too nit-picky?

If it weren't for Roman numerals, I wouldn't call the MIB sequel Men Invariably In Black.

Yea. That's pretty dumb.
You know what yanks my chain? People who chew like pigs in movies; especially good ones. I'm looking at you --- Brad Pitt in Oceans 11/12/13. Ya big jerk. Chew with your damn mouth closed.

I prefer to render the title as the movie does in its logos. If it says SUPERMAN II, then it's SUPERMAN II, but X2 is X2, not XII, and SPIDER-MAN 2 is SPIDER-MAN 2, not SPIDER-MAN II, et cetera.

I don't see why the marketing people felt the need to advertise SUPERMAN (1978) with "The Movie" in the ads. The title of the film is simply SUPERMAN.
Warner did the same thing with the video releases of BATMAN (1966) and now people think that "The Movie" is part of the title when it isn't.
