Another movie was greenlit last month with a script penned by funnyman actor Matthew Lillard, best known for his Golden globe nominated role as Shaggy in the Scooby Doo Movies.
Uwe Boll has been approached to direct but sources close to him say the venerable director thinks it's beneath him. Test shots have however been pushed into existence by Lillard himself, who says this has been a dream project of his since seeing an internet forum post about bread shrinking in freezers he saw in mid 2008.
The script is a reimagining of the story, set in a distopian future on a frozen planet, where meat foods dominate over every other food groups in the freezer. Lillard's character 'Crusty' emerges as a leader against the uprising, disguised as a slice of Garlic Bread; often considered a savory, and only used with meaty meals such as Pizza and Lasagna. The film does not have an official release date or title.

This thread would be better off bread, but I thought I'd resurrect it one last time, before the new decade rises.
On second thought, maybe I should just be leaven it alone. I mean, no bun intended, but I guess the topic was spoiled many months ago. At yeast this will be the end of the roll, so to speak.
