Looks like David Lynch is doing a remake overseas:

Just another example of Lynch doing his own thing with a great original concept. C'mon, the guy wearing the bread helmet is not even IN a freezer! What is this remake called again? Baguettehead?

This movie won't make as much as people think it will. Most are projecting a $20M opening... but I think it'll be around $5M.

That's some sour dough.

I never trust bread that has been frozen.
It just doesn't seem to quite look like something that should have been.

This should have been moved to Other. I guess the mods are loafing.

EDIT:

bump...

Looks like M. Night Shyamalan is cashing in on the bread-frenzy with his new film, The Sixth Slice. With the massive failure of The Happening, he's decided to try a grassroots campaign to get good word of mouth. Rumors are rising saying that he has cast former porn actress, Nude-Ella, in the lead roll and has finished principle photographrye. Introducing child-actors Marge Arun, and Dinna Bunn, the new teaser for The Sixth Slice (available exclusively on hulu) is the perfect appetizer for the movie that's going to rake in all the dough this yEaster weekend.

I hope you haven't been working on that post since July.

The director's cut, a much darker vision of the film, ended with Metallica's cover of "Breadfan".

I can't believe that someone remembered this thread, or were already searching for the words 'bread' and 'shrink' when they stumbled upon it.

I marbled at that myself. Hands down, this is my favorite thread ever, on any forum.

This would have been much better if released during the Summer.

Re: Does bread shrink when you freeze it?

New set pic from the film.

Can't really tell if it is shrunken or not. Gonna have to wait for more pics to be released, I guess.

Spoiler:
This picture confirms that Tofurkey will be making a cameo appearance.

I'd close this thread, but I'd hate to stop you all when you're on a roll.
