^ Awesome, Seth.
Here are my latest additions. Hopefully I can get these framed after I move to my new place next month. The frames I planned on using were a bit too small.
Both are by Tom Hodge, aka The Dude Designs. Just love his stuff. It recalls the glory days of bad ass exploitation posters and VHS cover art. I'm slightly bummed because my Hobo one-sheet arrived with crushed edges. I chose to keep it since the seller didn't offer an exchange and it was the cheapest one I could find outside of a reprint. Hopefully the frame will hide the damage. Still, I'm just happy to have both of these in my collection. "The Dude" does great work.

Ah! That is great! I just had Combs pick one of his favorites.
I'm now working on deciding what poster to get for Asia Argento to sign in the fall... leaning towards Soavi's The Church.

I'm very jealous. What a great poster and two great sigs.
I have no signed posters yet but my full size poster collection are:
The Empire Strikes Back
Rushmore
Apocalypse Now
Fight Club
28 Days Later - double sided
Alien - spanish
V For Vendetta
Once More With Feeling - Buffy episode poster
I also had the full collection of 11"x17" Inception character posters (The Point Man, The Forger, The Tourist, etc) but they got water damaged.

I just got an original Italian poster of The Church straight from Italy to have Asia Argento sign in September. I'm pretty excited about it but the seller taped a note to the front of it so there are now 2 oily residue spots on the poster

Here is my first poster, signed by all the members of Dragon Sound! Picked it up at Fantastic Fest.

I also have a Wake in Fright poster signed by the director, just need a frame!

Just got this in the mail, sorry for the bad picture, it's just too big to get a good picture of. It is the size of a queen size bed, and printed in 2 sections (which are currently not attached). It is in sort of rough shape but i love it. If anyone has any idea how to properly secure the halves together or where to frame something this big I'd love some insight.

Which size is better, 11x17 or 27x40, or is it personal preference only? I'm not collecting originals. I just have limited wall space in my basement media room and would like to get as many of my favorite movie posters mounted as I can. Having said that, how do a bunch of the mini-posters look hanging on the same wall?

^ personal preference. Personally, I think 18x24 is my sweet spot, when they're available. 11x17 is definitely a mini-print -- usually doesn't do the art justice due to its small size. Definitely allows for more wall space though -- frames would be cheaper too.
Perhaps a combo of both, depending on the poster. How's that for a (non) answer?

re: The Film Posters thread
I am just getting started into this hobby. I have an office, which i would like to display some movie posters. However I have limited space, so my idea is to collect 11 x 17 only. I was thinking of hanging two framed posters at a time.
And every so often alternate with different posters. Is there such thing as a book binder to hold 11 x 17 posters? That way i can also comb through them pagewise. I would rather keep them flat and not rolled up in tubes. Good idea?
