If you asked me this directly after I saw the Matrix for the third time in a row, my answer might have been harder to come by .. but now, Matrix does not have the same effect. Alien still remains untouchable.

Alien series, by a long shot. The Matrix films are fun but there isn't one of those films, or two combined, that's as badass as Aliens. And I'm also one of the (seemingly few) that enjoys both Alien 3 and 4. 3 for being so dark and dismal and 4 for being a surrealistic trip of a sci-fi/horror flick.

Alien is one of the best MOVIES ever made. Aliens is one of the best scifi movies ever made. Aliens3 is totally underrated. The rest are gabage.
Matrix is one of the best scifi movies ever made. The rest make AvP2 seem like the Godfather.
