It just seems really obvious to me.
I thought the ending was painfully obvious too. Haven't seen the movie, but looked it up on some movie spoiler site. You are indeed correct.

Spoiler:
The site said that the fellow "captive" and his brother kidnap women and lock them up. The brother tortures the women, while the "captive" befriends them and gets them to trust him so that he can have sex with them. After the kidnapped women sleep with the "captive" brother, the brothers kill her. The site didn't say how, but Cuthbert's character manages to kill both brothers before they kill her.

Cool........Sounds like a good dollar rental when it comes to DVD

Spoiler:
The fellow captive is in on it, yeah. His brother is the psycho mastermind, while the "captive" himself earns the victim's trust, pretends to be on her side, etc. I don't usually spot "twists" unless I know I'm supposed to be looking for one, and I still guessed this one almost as soon as the character appeared.

Well kids, they do say there's a cure for everything. After viewing this film, I believe that's actually true: We have ourselves here the "one movie" that makes films like "The Hills Have Eyes 2" duo and "Halloween: Resurrection" look good. It finally happened -- hell did freeze over.

Stick this flick in the shitter and don't forget to flush.

Grade: F

One could only hope this means bye bye to the torture era.

Was late to the the theater and the movie I paid (well, free ticket)to see today, refuse to go into a theater late, so walked into this one instead.

It is as bad as everyone says it is. I would have left but was just killing time until the other movie started again.

It is not even worth a dollar rental IMO. If this gets released on DVD with bonus discs it will be the first time I ever don't buy a film with bonus discs. It was that awful.
