I'm posting this here because I know we talked about it at some point, but not sure if it was in a Box Office thread or elsewhere. This is regarding % takes for studios and theatres.

They have only one night to watch new shows. Syndication is different. I couldn't find where Scrubs ranked. In fact, I found it pretty difficult to find much info on year end ratings. There must be a site out there for it, however. Anyone know?
Scrubs is the most underappreciated comedy still on television. Arrested Development did even worse in the ratings.

But you discount all the people that were fans, that gave up on the show. The trailers were funny enough that the people that did give up, might check it out again. Plus, the show has been on nearly 20 years. That's quite a bit of fans to draw from.
I don't know how good this will do though because the Simpsons have been around for such a long time.
