IMO Godfather II is the greatest movie of all time so I agree with it being # 1. Only real problem I have with the list is I like LOTR: TTT better than ROTK.

I would also replace Die Hard 2 with Temple Of Doom adn maybe fit Vegas Vacation in there somewhere. I got love for Mr. Pappagiorgio.

I love Kill Bill, but not on this list.

For as bad as Jedi is, I'll take it over any of the prequels anyday.

A lot of critics thought it was hard to follow and confusing, I don't feel that way at all about it.
.
Agreed. BTTF 2 had a really inventive storyline, and the re-visiting of 1955 and re-tracing/re-filming past events are all great fun (how often does a sequel get to do that?). Of course, the lack of the original Jennifer and Crispin Glover puts a dent in the film, but it is far better than BTTF 3, which was every bit a crappy western and where all the wit and novelty sucked out of it.

I'd take out Jedi and insert Batman Returns.

The one that strongly deserves to be there, IMHO, is The Color of Money.
When DIE HARD 2 came out the critics and movie goers were all debating that this was a great part 2 and maybe better than the original. So you are way off base here bud.

Not a single non-English language film on the list? I know nobody can churn out sequel after mind numbing sequel like Hollywood, but AOL could have at least tossed in one non-English language film.

In terms of sequels:

BACK TO THE FUTURE, PART II is the most "original" sequel I've ever seen.

I would have to include The Good, the Bad and the Ugly and The Silence of the Lambs. Might be a bit of a stretch, but technically - both are sequels.
